Warranty

The Clevy Warranty provides the original buyer of a Clevy Keyboard with a full 5 year guarantee against manufacturing and material defects under normal use. The guarantee period starts on the date of purchase. Any work covered by the Warranty will be performed free of charge, with the exception of insurance and handling costs, shipping costs and incidental costs. The guarantee only applies if the following criteria are met:

1. Your invoice or purchase receipt with full details of the sale must be presented when claiming under the guarantee.
2. The guarantee work must be carried out by one of our dealers.
3. The guarantee does not apply if the defect is caused by a shock or fall, misuse, sand, dust, dirt, moisture or corrosion, leaking batteries, incorrect handling, repairs by unauthorised persons or defects caused by the failure to follow the care and safety instructions set out in the user manual.
4. The guarantee which is hereby expressly given is the only guarantee given with regard to the product and no other guarantee, explicit or implicit, applies. Clevy accepts no liability other than that specified in this guarantee. 

Note:

• If you are returning the product under guarantee, please package it very carefully, insure it, make sure that you enclose the invoice or purchase receipt and guarantee card and provide some instructions about the repair.
• If you have not used the product for some time, please check the description of the functions in the user manual before using the product.
